These steps can be performed 1-2 days after logging in to Facebook from the same IP address.

     1.Login

• Login to Facebook via m.facebook.com

• Change your email password.
• Change your recovery email address.

• Go to Account Center :https://accountscenter.facebook.com/personal_info/contact_points
• Check if the email matches the purchase information and is unique
• If there is only 1 correct email according to the purchased information, skip the next steps
• If there is an additional email other than the email when purchasing and the phone number associated with the account, proceed to the next step
• Go to: https://accountscenter.facebook.com/accounts
• If a link to Instagram is displayed, select Remove Instagram

- After accepting the invitation to BM, please check that the information matches the type purchased
